Unhappy Cant create project in VS.net !!!!

I need to create a webproject on a server in our office but whenever I try to do this I get the following error message :

"The default access mode for this project is set to file share, but the project folder cannot be opened with the path
    \\MYSERVER\wwwroot\Job1\WebApplication1"

"Unable to create Web Project \\MYSERVER\wwwroot$\Job1\WebApplication1. The UNC share \\MYSERVER\wwwroot\Job1\WebApplication1 does not exist or you do not have access.

    Can someone please help.

    Thanks in Advance

Have you tried to connect to web folders. Using frontpage server extenstions rather then file sharing? I find it alot easier to use the frontpage method

The least dificult way to do this is to create the project on your dev machine then move it over to production machine when you are done.
