    Arrow DOMXML on win32 HELP!!!

    Any of you guys have helpful hints about getting DOMXML to work on Win32 OS. PHP keeps saying it can't find the module even though I properly configured it, i.e. uncomment module, set extension_dir, and copy libxml2 to system32 folder.
