Cannot get project to run HELP ME PLEASE

i have just inherited a project from a nother company that will not run on my machine i have done evrything i can to get it to run
tried registering ocx files dll files and it still will not runn
can someone please help me out im pulling my hair out and
well soon i wont have any hair left to pull out!!!
i have the source code on a zip file if someone is willing to have a look at it and help me out

Was it made in the same version of VB as yours?

im running it on vb 6 it was made in vb5
conflicts??? how would i gert around this??
