Thread: Why can't VC++ start a new instance of itself?

    You guys should have experienced this irritating feature of MS VC++. When you open a .dsw project workspace, it automatically loads into a VC instance that is currently running.

    Just why can't it start a new instance just like VB?!?

    I would also like to know this.I often have to open several project at the same time but for every project i have to manually open a separate VC++ window.Very Irritating.
