    Freezing problem

After working for about 5 or 6 hours on my Pentium 2, it freezes dead unexpectedly. When I reboot, it happens again at any moment, even sometimes when scandisk is still running. (I'm running Windows ME, but for 2 years I haven't experienced such problems.) Can anybody help?

If you've been running Your current setup for 2 years, I would suggest reformating. That usually solves most operating system problems such as constant freezing, blue screens, etc...

    Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.

Thanks Josh, it was indeed a dead fan!
I sure hope the CPU wasn't damaged, although everything seems to work well now.
