    Questiion About Direct X

    I'm very new to V Basic, I knw some C++ and all QBASIC (e-z) and i am looking to make a online game, simple not advanced. But people tell me to make it with or in direct x or something. What in the world is it lol ( sorry i'm sucha n0oB)
