conf Apache,PHP&mysql

Hi, i'm having a prob conf Apache,PHP&mysql. when i type
phpinfo.php file it read that ok..but when i test any script i get all this...........->

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Do you have the apache program running at the time?
If you close it it stops working...

if you can read the phpinfo just fine then apache and php are perfect. it is the script that you are running that is having problems. but until you show us the script then we can't help.
