that might say your a whimp
but women will interpert it as "at least this guy is trying..."

make lot of noise when you lift weight
that will get their attention
after you get attention
you lift all that weight
when you still alive and those weights dotn fall on you
go right back to push ups (that will send another message of "this guy can go on forever.."
