for my APP i want like a icon in the control panel just like "Power Options".."Mouse" (that come with windows) and some 3rd party app's..

sounds you are trying to build a Windows Service Application ? Is that what you are after ??

Check this path and try to add new keys to a CPL file .
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Control Panel

Control panel is automatically loaded from system32 folder.Add your app there .Check Windows\System32 to see all CPL files that exist in Control Panel.
you have to find CPL File maker .I tried to change exe file to cpl but won't run at all .

they are the same thing..15 bucks..
my parents ok'd me to buy it..i'll get the full version via download contact me for making control panel things..should have it for tomarow
