    You should keep the first time Date in a file or
    in a register. Then you keep checking everytime
    you load the file.

    Of course you may need to decode the file, so
    the user can't any how change the date.

    There are many ways to to this, you can also
    protect your shareware eventhough the user
    change his/her computer date (back to the past).
