Programmer Needed For Great Idea

Im looking for an experienced programmer who can design a small program in a short period of time.
The program works upon key recognition within the windows environment.

I am willing to split profit generously. The program I have designed could be in 50% of households within 2 years, but unfortunatley I don't quite have the skill to write it myself. I could learn VB but really I need this program written within the next month or so.

I have already secured domain names, web space, advertising, product placement and web pages, just the program is required.

Please could only serious people email me as I have been mislead before.

This could be a fantasic product with a great future.

Im in the UK so a UK programmer would be better, but I am open to other countries if they beleave that the product would not suffer.

And what kind of product are we talking about, in programming hours for instance, small program (200 lines of code), medium (500), big (10000+), creating the unreal engine in VB?
