    Talking Artist Wanted for VBCodeBook.NET

    This is for all you artistically talented people out there. I require a Splash Screen for the Full Installation of VBCodeBook.NET, this will appear as the first thing when installing. Below are some gudelins to producing the Splash Screen:
    • It must be in .bmp format only.
    • The dimensions should be no bigger than 465 pixels wide by 281 high.
    • It must have the text: "VBCodeBook.NET" and "By A.Nicholas".
    • No more than 256 colours
    • Nothing rude

    Apart from that, it's all yours! Make sure you put your name / doodle on it so you are recognised.

    The more Professional it is, the more chance i'll use it, check here for example on a website

    why bmp and why only 256? i doubt that a good quality image will be done only with that colors

    Because the package i'm using to create the installation only allows bmp with 256 colours at those specific sizes. It's not my choice, it's the installation creation package!

    Have you looked at the built in projects for setup and deployment? I have found them to be very good. Plus, you can customize them a lot (although finding some of the documentation needed for some of the features is sometimes non-existent).
