Newbie at Program Form Question???

Ok let me first explain this is my 2nd app. Both are very basic. What I was wanting to know is.... my second app is a family tree. I dont want anyone else to be able to edit it, but my family is so big that one full size form is really to small. What I would like to do is have everyone on the same page but be able maybe to scroll like up down and side to side in the original form to have more room for more people. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I hope I have made this understandable!!
