a blue screen
hi there,I have to reset my comp. because it now has a blue screen .we reset it five times but it does not work..all we hear is a" windows start up sound" and thats all..safe mode does not work either...using "emercency disket" we wrote A:\ chckdisk and it said " nothing to repair"
so now please help us to get rid off this problem..
celeron500...128 sdram... winME

How would he do that? NOTHING WORKS!!!!
merhaba, what do you mean by 'reset'? How about reinstalling Windows (and an OS other then ME)

I worked for a computer store, and we tested for viruses on a lot of computers that didn't want to start up. He could use a Norton Antivirus boot up CD for a start...

I have win ME on my laptop, and have never had to restart that machine for 1,5 years now....
