won't run in compiled state on tablet pc
I have a program which works perfectly in design mode or as a compiled exe on a regular computer. When I install it on a tablet PC (those laptop like computers that allow you to use a 'pen' as a mouse) which has just been cleaned out, it always freezes or crashes out immediately.
The weird thing is, that if I install VB on the tablet and run the program from design mode, everything works perfectly.
What could possibly be causing this to happen? I'm would welcome any suggestions!!!!!!

this i think : http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/tabletpc/default.asp
it would depend on what your program does. for example if you use the createthread api, it would work for ide but not for compiled. have you upgraded to vbsp5 for the tablet?

If it works fine compiled on one computer with XP, then it should work on the tablet PC (which also has XP installed) when compiled, shouldn't it?
I'm going to try installing the most recent service pack tomorrow...
