    Question Problem from client

    Hey there!!

This is not really a code question. One of my clients called me and from what I can figure out all the labels, option boxes and lists the font has gone bigger. I am just wondering what kind of setting could have changed this??? I tried setting the appearance larger on my pc here but it still does not change it on the application.

I tried sending him a new exe but the same problem happens..

    Resolution might have been changed.

Font size could've been changed from the Display settings.

RAM might be in use not letting the appropriate GDI functions to perform properly.

do what Shawn said and ask them to check not only resolution... but font size in the display settings.. maybe they set fonts to large fonts or something.. that messes everything up usually... more than a resolution change.. because developers usually don't take that into acct.. because most people don't ever change that stuff... but they do change resolution more often...

Formatting is a little to much for the user.. The only thing he uses a computer for is my software..
