Calculate Overtime - Help w/?

I have a question I need help with. I'm looking for the least amount of code.

An employee is entitled to overtime after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours. Show the routine required to get the employees Gross Pay based on their hourly pay rate with the potential of them having overtime and double time.
