Installing VS.NET onto XP?
I've tried installing a copy of VS.NET (i think it's Beta 1) onto my XP machine, however FPSE 2000 (FrontPage Server Extensions) will not install.
When I downloaded the actual FPSE 2000 from Microsoft, I was given a reason upon another installation attempt - stating that it wouldn't run on OS's Win 2K up.
Does anyone know how i can get around this and install it onto my computer ?

I don't know about that but a word of warning regarding the Beta if you ever plan on installing the full version of VS.NET then DON'T install the beta. I'm sure this isn't always the case but I also know I'm not alone in it, I had to reformat to completely remove the beta in order to install the final version of VS.NET. There are a ton of things online and what not but for me none of them worked, the beta wouldn't completely go away and it would cause the VS.NET to not install properly.

I agree.
Buy and install the released VS.NET. The beta is just that, a beta.
