    Question

    Hi,
    I would like to know something:
    Is it possible to open up a successful Start-Up HiTech company when the product would be based on VB 6.0 Only?
    It is a net application, handles a server based database with usernames etc..
    Is there a reasonable chance for a new start-up programming at VB 6.0 Only?

    Well, you certainly can. It won't be THAT professional, but give it a try and you will succeed.

    Why do u think it i will succeed?
    U know, when I am speaking with people around here, about that I am developing a net-product with VB 6.0 only, they are just laughing at me. with no reason. they dont tell me why.

    I dont know what is the problem with openning a Start-Up, developing its product with VB only. I am using the WinSock and the Inet controls for the net features.
    When serious HiTech men here in Israel hear this, they just keep laughing.

    Please tell me what do you think.
