    i don't believe there is an "evaluation version" per-se...more like beta releases for those lucky souls with MSDN subs

    I downloaded win.net a few days ago.
    I'm not 100% sure if this was the site, but I think it was
    You have to sign up and add a request somewhere, then they will send you an email after a while (took 3 weeks for me) and they give you a download link

    again, that might not be the site that you use to sign up for download, but that is where I downloaded win.net from
