As I know the subject has been often discussed about resizing forms so as to fit different screen rresolutions, I think you may find useful this free code I've found from vb2themax which, unlike others I've tried out, has an option to resize the fonts and also to keep the aspect ratio. Further, it has no nag screens (even after compiling your app) and is easy to use.
