Very urgent
Hi i installed windows 2000 advanced server in my office and on one fine morning one of the system in the nework gives trouble and that system is able to ping all the systems (275) in the network but it cant able to ping the advanced server system and soo that he cant doo work linking with that system and this was frequently happening for me
Can any one just advice
and one more problem is is there anyway to increase the sessions in 2000 professional

How are you pinging the server? By name or IP?
If you are trying to ping the server's name and it's not working, try pinging the IP address itself.
If you can ping the IP then it is likely that you are experiencing a name resolution problem (like improperly set DNS server).
If you can't ping the IP then you are looking at a Layer 3 or lower problem. Since you can ping the other computers on the network I would look at other problems like a firewall being installed on that system.
