the game is going to be an online rpg.
Im going to do my best to make it client based with 1 server
per world.
Completely done in Visual Basic (Im getting 250 frames a second in the particle screenshots(Full 3d hills, and water are being rendered with the particles))
Any comment / critism will be appriated =)

rainy day in deepwater valley =)
For each period of time you can modify the Size, Color (up to 6 at once), stregth, x Speed, Y Speed(0 for a planar exposion), Z speed. Can include meshes in the animation... (For maybe a semi transparent ball spining) Edit the rotation speed of the mesh, phasing in and out speed (or none) , and It can do a random randius origin point (for particle ciliders(cant spell it) )
* rain, snow (according to the map), weather (changes durring the day)
* completely custumizable particle engine that exports a binary format. That binary format then is read in the game and the particle script is executed
* Map creator 33% done
*Gravity, and Moving around over the hills (staying on top of them), moving and swimming in the water (adds gamma correction when in water)
*Semi Transparent Water (see first picture) complete animation of waves and movement
*Compile Meshes and Coords for character (Where the swords go)
*Compile character spells, and other particle effects for use in game
*Compile Animations for mesh
*Preview All Animations, Spells, and Mesh Positions before it enters the game

Nice...really nice....I'm just wondering....I can remember someone asked a question about how to make a chat function i a game...and I can see that there is one in your game...how do you write the text on the screen. Are you just blitting it to a surface or someting....or is it more like a text box...does it have copy/paste functions....just wondering....
I highly recommend FreeWebs.com. Check it out. As soon as I get my website finished, i'll post the url.
There aren't many problems that ten gallons of gas and a large nose can't cure. Only problem is, most of us don't have ten gallons of gas lying around.
By the way, if anyone could read the post I made titled 'Loading one Directx surface into another' and provide me any good feedback, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
