HTML GUI for apps?
Instead of using the old windows forms rubbish, can I use HTML in any way to control an application?
Not at all related to sheep...

i know that the latest version of Norton Anti-Virus uses that kind of gui...but i dont know how!

I believe with the WebBrowser control, you can talk to the document's elements and get their data. You can also set their data... so, read up on that. Good luck

Isn't there some kind of messaging protocol that will let me send messages between the two, say using their process IDs as identifiers?
