    PM's

    When I try to send a private message, it informs me that I cannot as the administrator has ruled that I cannot send messages more than every 60 seconds.

    Needless to say, I am not in breach of that rule so what's happening?
    Everything I say is either loose interpretation of dubious facts or idle speculation rooted in irrational sentiment.

    I also experienced this problem.
    when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.
    If this thread is finished with please mark it "Resolved" by selecting "Mark thread resolved" from the "Thread tools" drop-down menu.

    No it still won't let you send more than one message every sixty seconds.

    The problem the other two are experiencing is that they get that message no matter how much time between PMs. In other words they can't send PMs at all. Is that your problem too?
