What are LargeChange and SmallChange properties for?

Can anyone explain to me what the SmallChange and LargeChange properties of a Vertical scrollbar do and how u use them? Ive had a hunt for an explanation but not really got anywhere. Thanks

scrollbars offer two opportunities for movement in each direction. One is the arrow at the end of the scrollbar. This is smallchange. The other is to click between the arrow and the scroll indicator; this is largechange.

Is indicates the ammont the scroll bar will move when the each of the changes is invoked...

Try setting it to a higher number and using the scroll bar...
