Importing data from other network computer

I am currently developing an inventory database. The problem is, I have to assign encoders to input data from different computers connected to our network since we would like to maximize everything. Those data comes from 5 different tables that are encoded in only one form. Is there a way that I can copy/paste or import those data or is there something else i should do? Somebody please help me...

You have to explain your problem so that somebody could help you. Use examples if you have to. From what I see, You have 5 users? and one database? and that the input of those users in a form goes to 5 tables? what r the tables? etc...
