I surfed in to www.vbulletin.com and saw a screenshot ant the forums and it was copies of this one (maybe because it is a vBulletin ) but anyway it should not be too hard to mane a exact copy and put it on the net as www.vbforum.com right? It costs 160$.. But if anyone is up to placing one on the net i would go to it =)

You were looking at a screen grab, not the actual VBforums message boards.
The owners/developers of vBulletin software were involved with VBforums.com from its earliest days. So their use of a VBforums screenshot in marketing their software is legitamite.
vBulletin is the software program that operates the underlying message board here. Setting it up is not that easy, unless you happen to be a database administrator. It requires a MySQL database to store the messages and profiles, etc. Making copies of the underlying VBforums databases would be even more difficult.

Illegal too, maybe
Take a look at the user profiles of John and James. There are a few others too, but I don't remember the names. Their profiles will probably read something like 'vBulletin Developers'. They are the people who put together VB Forums. To the best of my memories (all 3 KB of it ) the VB Forums was initially part of the VB World. Later on it was moved onto a different server of its own.
