    Program Disclaimer/Licence Agreement.... ARGH!

Anyone know of any kind of templates for a regular program disclaimer, and various licence agreements? I need to include a discaimer & licence agreement in my program's installer for obvious reasons, but I'm not a lawyer, so I can't write one. Help??
