Add multiple entry to textbox

Hello everyone;

Would appreciate if you could help!

I have two listbox and a text box. The traditional way is to select input for
each list box and key-in the data for text box and process the whole thing as one-entry.

Question: How can i possibly have multiple entries at one time(based on the selections for listbox and textbox)
so that i can merge the input and process accordingly?

What do you mean by "process the whole thing as one-entry". Do you want to make one string consisting of the various items? What code do you have so far?
