Menu like the start bar

Is there anyway of creating a menu that has a graphic down the side like the windows start bar?? I've seen it on a few other apps, but have never known how to do it.

Have only just sorted out this issue. Go to
www.vbaccelerator.com, these guys have a free menu control which does some really nice graphically things.

Almost forgot build a bmp, add it to the background of the menu, and make transparent. Once you see the control you will know what l mean.

That menu control doesn't work for me. I get an error box saying 'unexpected error' when I try and run the exe. Maybe i'll report a bug.....

Make your own menu - it will be fast and v.small.

for a start, make a class, or a type, with the data (caption, path) for each menu and menu entry), and then design a GUI - u could have images. You could put it all in a OCX as well.
