    Question authentication via the internet

    Hey All,
    How do i archive this task.

    I have a hardware such as smart card and i need to perform the authentication via the internet (Server site).

    How i going to pass the parameter(secure info read from smart card) to the web form login page to process using VB.Net?

    (assumming i already have the secure info such as username and password)

    Note: the site below is an example of a product using biometric fingerprint authentication via internet.

    Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) essensially for hardware devices verification.Select the appropirate dirver reader for your smart card .Configure your dial up to use smart card.(i think)

    anyways, ASP.NET heavily deals with such issues
