Pay Pal
I got an email from pay pal saying:
Now that you've discovered how to send money with PayPal, get Verified in time for your next purchase and enjoy the benefits shared by over 3 million Verified Members. It's easy, just add and confirm a bank account.
Does that mean that the purchase i just made wont go through?
I did recieve an email saying:
This email confirms that you have paid mazui $49.60
using PayPal.
This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL*SCHMDTMK".

Being verified gives u added benefits such as an increased transaction amount. It doesnt mean u cant do a purchase
