    create installer

    dear pple,

    i created a project and would now like to make it into a installer. my project uses activeX exe.. how can i make an installer so that i can install it on other computers? please help

    It depends on what version of vb you have, but you can use the Package and Deployment utility that comes with vb to make setup packages.

    The Package & Deploymnt Wizard is your quickest way to making an installer.
    Click on HELP, Search, Enter Package & Deploymnt in the search window.

    Sorry, I should have shown where to find it too:

    Add-Ins>Add-In Manager

    Find and click on Package and Deployment Wizard

    Then under "Load Behavior" check "Loaded/Unloaded" and "Load on start up"
