    I want to use external modem for receive calls. what's at command that is sended from modem when it rings. and what is the command that I have to send to modem for picking up.

    ATH1 should pick up and ATH0 should hang up.

    I don't remember the ring, but that should be easy to test for (open hyperterminal, call your modem line, watch the screen)
