<?> Not Vb Related...System Error

If I am on the web and I click on someone's email address, I get a message Out of System resources/Illegal Operation and it won't allow me to execute the email. If I am within Outlook I have no problem. I am not out of resourses. Is there some quirkey property in Outlook that I need to set in Outlook's options..

Anyone ever experience this?

If in a vbapp and I try to launch the default email and send mail it doesn't work either..same message and program illegal operation *&(*&(&(*

As per my resource meter I am over 50% free on all resources.

That use to happen to me. There must of been a problem when you installed it. Besides if you are using WIN ME then outlook express won't work properly with it. Try reinstalling outlook!
