Thread: Run a project (VB/Access ) from a client without VB

    I have my project (VB6 and Access) on the server. I want to run it from the client without VB. I have tried with package and deployment wizard. But this is not totally satisfactory. When I make changes in the code, I have to create an exe and rerun the wizard and reload the package on all the client machines. Please help.

    Welcome to programming, sylvia. =) There is no way around this. It is a fact of life we have all griped about at least fifty six times. Sorry. I did some theoretical work on bypassing this, but its not quite easy and its massive trouble to implement. Maybe in another version of VB it will be possible.
