I tried to compile a small C# prgm which contains GUI' (Just a Form).I used Ntepad.I have no VS.NET...
The problem is that when i compile this one Message like
'Meta file -----.Dll' Not found is seen.

Where As Other small prgms could be compiled and Executed smoothly...I Re-Installed the Frame Work But the problem is still as same Why So??
