When I scroll in IE, it affects my mousc quality, does anyone know how to fix this?

Probably insufficient RAM/Processor speed. How much RAM do you have? And what processor?

wonder if your music player (winamp, media player etc) is trying to connect & send bits to the net behind the scenes. Have you turned off these options?

    In Winamp, Ctrl+P.

Check your process list as well.

I had a problem where if I change the volume while I'm in a game, my FPS drop, I fixed it by updating the drivers for soundcard and videocard.

Sounds like he's having a problem related to Zaei's (not too long ago). Turn off "smooth scrolling" and it might go away.
All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.
    (Just a heads-up)

ISastraxi, I have smooth scrolling off. Also, I'm playing right out of KazZa.
