    How To Code A Network application?

    hi, I would like to code a network program which can share a database in one of the computer. Just want to know the basic concept on how to connect database from Client to the server.

    If i have already have a LAN.

    Please tell me about this.

    Hi
    First of all you need to have a centralize server database in a machine example it can be a SQL server2000 or an oracle

    Then in the connection string you would need to specify the Data source which is where the centralize database resides in
