    How do I convert a project saved in VB 6.0 to VB 5.0 SP3.
    Will there be any side effect?

    Is it a big project

    If it is not ... Cut and Paste Controls and Code is not actually that bad... U could cut and paste a bunch
    of controls at once and copy

    I have done that and it does not take more than a good 10 to 20 mins

    Then recompile...

    It may be a stupid suggestion...
    But, it worked once for me
