Check to see if your .VBW file is read-only. If it is, change it.

Why every time that I open VB, I cannot change the place forms?
How do I do to leave VB with the initial configuration?

Not quite with you, Marcelo. Do you want the positions and dimensions of the VB IDE to revert to their defaults everytime you start VB?
They'll be stored in the registry, so you could export them to a .reg file and make a program that runs first the reg file, then runs VB.
