I've just found out my cholesterol is dangerously high, so the doc has given me a list of all the foods I shouldn't eat anymore, along with ones I should eat more of.

I thought I should keep a list of what I eat and drink, and started in Ecxel but that's tedious and anyway I'm sure someone's written an automated one. I found one with a quick Google but it's not free!

Anyone ever had to keep such a diary?
