CD-Writer problem - need help
I have just got a cd-writer for my pc, I have a dvd drive installed already.
I set the cd-writer up as the master by moving the jumper, and I set the dvd drive as the slave (it was set as the master).
The cd writer works fine, but my dvd drive no longer works!
It is recognised by the computer, but it wont open or close or
anything.
Can anyone help with this, I have win xp.
Thanks

Good Ol' Platypus
Does the DVD-ROM work when it's Master and the CDRW is Slave? If so, just keep it that way.
All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.
(Just a heads-up)
