    Fastest way to retrieve web addresses?

    guys ,I wanna your advice.
    I want to retrieve lots of web addresses for my webbrowser proj. but I'm wondering what's the fastest way but causes no slow performance to do this :
    1-From Registry
    2-From XML File.
    3-From encrypted file
    4-From Access DB.

    I think,I better I go for Registry because it holds any visited website .
