resizing the progressbar

How can I get the progress bar resized when the form is without overriding the vertical scroll bar at the bottom of the form ?
I used anchor but it's still unresolved.docking as well.

sorry it's my fault . I started over my project.I rebuilt my proj with new forms then set the dock property to bottom , then everything worked just like what I planned to.
