Hi,
I want to create an outlook express message with a file attachment that I pass to it. I need to do this by shelling a program / shortcut so it needs to be a command line parameter.

I've tried simply calling msimn.exe but obivoulsy, this just starts mail. Creating an internet short cut doesn't appear to work as there's no bit for mail attachments.
