hi to all
I have Upgrade the Crystal 8.0 to 8.5 in my web server and i am tryin to opening the Report file through ASP i got the folowing Error

could not start the seagate web componet server service on local
computer. the service did not return an error. This could be an
internal windows error or an internal service error. If the problem
persists, contact your system administrator.

Please help me

I think you'll find that 8.5 does not come with a web server - I remember some controversy over this. Use one of the web servers that come with windows.
