The Favorites and History are stored in the User Profile Folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Favorites
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\History

The TypedURLs are in the registry
Either HKEY_USER or HKEY_LOCALMACHINE
\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs
