Crystal Reports not shown

I have made a VB-application wich uses Crystal Reports. I've 'made a setup program with the package and deployment wizard. I've installed it ons several systems at my work, and it works fine on all the systems. But now I've installed the application at the client, and everything works. Except for the reports. When I push the show-button, nothing happens, no error, just nothing. The client runs Windows XP, and at my work I've also tested it on an XP machine, and there it does work. Does anyone know how to solve this problem or what's the cause of this? I've included all needed crystal files (o.a. dll's). The XP machine at my work hasn't got crystal reports installed and there it works??? Thnx in advance 4 your help, I would be very thankful if you can help me with this odd problem,

Something of this sort happened to me, you click and nothing happens.

What i did was copy the .rpt files to the client's local directory (where you have the application) and then it worked.

What is the VB code you are using, some times there might be some problem where in show method works and doesnt work on some other machines.

Try to copy the files and let me know.
